Case Management
Objectives of the Case Management program are as follows:
- To assure timely and proper medical services are provided;
- To provide care and concern and moral support; and
- To assure that proper consideration is given to a range of
medical treatments and ability to return to work.
All offshore and shore base Injured Person(s) (IPs) sent for treatment will be sent only to Bangkok Hatyai Hospital or Bangkok Pattaya Hospital for initial treatment. An IP’s company representative must be present immediately to provide moral support to the IP and assure that fitness for duty alternatives are fully considered.
